Account Information

1. How to register my wholesale account ?

Two options avalible . You can create your account at page Become A Wholesaler .

2. What if I lost my password?

If you've forgotton your password , please click Forgot Your Password when log in. Please enter your email address and you will receive a link to create a new password via email.

3. Can I change my default address and user name?  

Yes. Your address and personal information can be changed at My Account after you log in. 

Order Information

1. Can I add an item to the order that I just created?

Yes. You need to add it before your order is shipped.

2. Can I change my shipping address/method after placing an order?

Yes. Please let us know and we will try to change delivery details before the goods still in our warehouse.

3. What should I do if something is missing from my order?

Contact us firstly . Please do not throw away anything, including the order's packaging and the packing list inside.

4. How do I cancel my order?

Please contact us directly and we will cancel and refund your order for you.

5. What's your company MOQ ?

MOQ is negotiable ,please contact your sales representative to know more information.

Payment Information

1. What payment methods are accepted ?

For the first order amount less than 1,000 US dollars, we accept Paypal payment. For the rest, we only accept bank transfer and western union. More information pls check Payment Methods.

2. Do you accept online payment ?

We don't support online payment because of high payment handling fee and shopify comission .

3. In what currency are d2dvape prices displayed?

All prices listed on our website are in US dollars.

Shipping Information

1.  What are the available shipping methods?

DHL, UPS, Fedex, Post Parcel, YunExpress, UC Express, etc.

2. Where is my tracking number?

Due to alternative shipping methods , we are unable to provide tracking information. Please contact your sales representative if you have any question .

3. How is shipping cost calculated?

Shipping costs vary depending on a variety of factors, from package measurements, shipment type, weight, location, and more.Please confirm these variables with your sales representative ,he will offer the shipping cost for you.

4. Which country do you ship to ?

We ship all over the world . All goods will be shipped from shenzhen warehouse .

5. How are customs and import tax/duties handled?

Please kindly note that the Tax / Customs fee in destination country are at customer's expense.

We encourage you to check the local customs office for potential import taxes, duties, and tariffs, before placing any order. In addition, some products may require special licenses or permits to import.
d2dvape is not responsible for products rejected, confiscated or destroyed by the customs in your countries.

6. How long does it take for orders to get sent?

Items that are in stock are shipped in 1-3 business day.
